Automotive Parts Assembly & Packaging

EMF Ball Joints is a small, busy manufacturing business specializing in Dodge Ram and Ford Superduty Ball Joints, as well as many other steering and suspension parts. We have been in business for 23 years and are well known in the offroad industry and through the US Aftermarket industry. We hold 3 patents and manufacture everything here in house.

We are seeking an individual who is hard working, fast learning and has automotive and computer experience to help with the parts assembly and Inventory.

Required Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm (8 hours, 30 min lunch is paid)
• We take the first Friday of every month off (unpaid)
• Stat holidays are off (Paid)
• No weekends required

Must :

• Be Able to stand for most of the day
• Be Able to Lift up to 50 lbs at a time
• Be Able to Bend, Twist, Move freely
• Already live within a close driving distance to Linden, Alberta
• Be Computer Literate
• Speak, read and write english proficiently
• Have an interest in trucks, cars, offroad vehicles etc
• Have automotive experience
• Have a sense of humour
• Be a hard worker, fast learner and able to manage themselves
• Shipping and parts sales experience would be a definite asset

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package and label automotive parts according to company specifications, ensuring precision and quality.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on assembled components to meet manufacturing standards.
• Operate forklifts as needed for material handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and troubleshoot any issues.
• Counting inventory and helping to maintain an accurate inventory level, ensuring parts are re-ordered on time
• Putting away parts when they are complete and shipping parts to heat treating as needed.
• Using Misys Manufacturing Software and Quickbooks Desktop Software (training will be provided)
